2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on [website URL]. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

3. Prices
All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are free worldwide. We may change prices at any time, but this does not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders and payment
Your order is a request to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Payment is made at checkout with the payment methods shown on the website. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock problems or suspected fraud, and we will refund any amount already paid.

5. Delivery
Processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates, not guarantees. If we do not deliver within the agreed period, you may set us a reasonable extra deadline, and if we still do not deliver, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. If no delivery time was agreed, we deliver within 30 days of your order.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

  • To use this right, email us at info@roboreplaceshop.com with your order number and a clear statement that you withdraw.
  • You must send the products back within 14 days after telling us you withdraw.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging. We may reduce the refund if the product lost value because you handled it more than needed to check it.
  • The return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product was defective or wrong.
  • We refund the purchase price, and the standard delivery costs, within 14 days after we receive the product back (or you show proof of sending it). The refund goes to the payment method you used.
  • Return address: [return address. Check with CJ whether returns go to China or to a European address, because returning to China is often not practical.]

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, to sealed hygiene products that were unsealed after delivery, or to other items excluded by law.

7. Defective or wrong products
If your product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of receiving it with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. This is on top of your legal rights.

8. Legal guarantee
For consumers in Belgium, the legal guarantee of 2 years applies to products that are not in conformity with the contract. This guarantee is not affected by these terms.

9. Cancelling an order
You can ask us to cancel your order before it has shipped, by emailing info@roboreplaceshop.com. If it has already shipped, you can use your right of withdrawal after receiving it (section 6).

10. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control (force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, or our liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury.

11. Product information
We try to show product descriptions and photos as accurately as possible. Colours may differ slightly depending on your screen.

12. Privacy
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints and disputes

14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain applicable. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Brussels
